The Paleo diet is increasingly becoming the most preferred way of eating habit for many people. It is one of the healthiest ways of eating that keeps you energized, just like cavemen. When you start your day the Paleo way, you’ll stay energized and alert throughout the day.

Here are some more great Paleo breakfast ideas: 

Spinach omelet

Spinach provides the body with minerals and vitamins, and it’s a good idea to start your day with some of this delicious and nutritious green leafy vegetable. You can use egg whites or whole eggs, and add a variety of veggies if you like. Good choices include onions, zucchini, mushrooms, and squash. While cheese is generally discouraged on the Paleo diet, you can add a little hard cheese such as cheddar or parmesan for extra protein and flavor.

Grain-free apple pie pancakes

The apple pie pancakes are grain-free because they have coconut flour and other approved Paleo ingredients like apples and raw honey. These delicious pancakes will not only keep you full til lunch time but also satisfy your sweet tooth!

Toasted coconut pancakes

This is another delicious way to eat grain-free pancakes on the Paleo diet. They have incredible coconut flavor that comes with three different ingredients: coconut flour, coconut milk, and coconut oil. You can add bananas, pineapples, mango, and other tropical fruits. You won’t even miss the maple syrup!

Ground beef and butternut squash breakfast skillet

This a delicious Paleo breakfast that is filled with lots of protein. It is a good choice for someone who start their day with a filling and tasty breakfast. The ground beef and butternut are great foods because they are healthy and delicious. Saute the ingredients together and add some other veggies if you wish. Top the skillet off with two over-easy eggs and breakfast is served.

Homemade granola

While grains are generally discouraged while eating Paleo, you can have some homemade granola in small quantities. Add more dried fruit than oats, and throw in some sunflower or pumpkin seeds. You can make a large amount of granola and store it in an airtight container so that you always have it for a quick breakfast.

Bacon and eggs

The old standby of crisp bacon and eggs any style is a great and simple way to start your day. This Paleo breakfast will keep you full for hours because it contains a good amount of protein. And it is incredibly easy to make! Serve with a side of fruit and roasted veggies, if you’d like. Sliced tomatoes also make a great accompaniment to bacon and eggs.
